ROANNAY shall undertake to protect and respect the privacy of its customers.

We collect the personal data that you deliberately provide or via the services that we propose.
The data that we collect is as follows: full name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, nationality, language, credit card number in the case of on-line bookings, information on the browser used, IP address and any other information you voluntarily transmit to ROANNAY.
Use of data
We are likely to send you information concerning our services, events, products and bookings.
This data is also used to fulfil our obligations arising from contracts that we have entered into with you.
We may use such information to protect our hotel, customers, web site and application in compliance with the law.
Your data may be used for commercial purposes (promotion of the hotel, special offers, newsletter, etc.).

Although the current security procedures are very efficient, no physical or electronic security system is perfectly secure.

Protection of minors?
Our web site has not been designed for under-age children. Consequently, the services should not be used by children without surveillance by an adult. We do not deliberately collect their personal data. If you think that your child has communicated personal data to us, please contact us directly.
