We retain our Michelin Star!

This Monday marked the 2026 ceremony of the prestigious Michelin Guide Belux.

⭐️ Our gourmet restaurant retains its Star for the third consecutive year !

A wonderful recognition of the hard work, consistency, and passion that drive our teams every day.

As our Chef Mathieu Vande Velde highlights: “We offer a cuisine focused on refined products, sometimes rare, that our guests do not always have the opportunity to enjoy at home. The goal is to enhance these products without altering them, while respecting the rhythm of the seasons.”

This distinction is above all a collective adventure.

Thank you to our Chef Mathieu Vande Velde and his brigade, to our shareholders for their trust, as well as to our producers and suppliers for the exceptional quality of their products.

Thanks also to everyone working behind the scenes, whose daily efforts contribute to the excellence of Le Roannay.

14/09 : Rooftop Combes evening – BIRTHDAY

Le Roannay celebrates its 2nd birthday! Join us for a Rooftop Combes evening full of surprises!

Our Rooftop Combes concept? A festive evening with DJ Set in our “𝐿𝑒𝑠 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑏𝑒𝑠” room upstairs and on its magnificent Rooftop terrace.

Special BIRTHDAY edition: saturday september 14, 8pm to 1am

To celebrate together the anniversary of Le Roannay, which reopened its doors at the end of summer 2022, we invite you to an exceptional evening, in a chic and relaxed atmosphere.

DJ Antoine Simar will be behind the decks to keep the party going until 1am.
HAPPY HOUR on Filliers Gin from 9pm to 10pm: 1 + 1 free, thanks to our partner Filliers Distillery.
Julie Nullens, twice voted “Best Bartender in Belgium” and a master in the art of cocktails, will concoct creations as delicious as they are beautiful!
And to make the evening even more unique, our entertainment partner is none other than “Best on road”! On September 14, you’ll be able to admire the splendid cars on display at Porsche Center Liège.

Rooftop Combes evenings take place every 2nd Saturday of the month and are open to all, whether or not you’re a resident of the hotel.

Michelin Guide Belux 2024 ceremony

On the 26th of February, the 2024 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Belgium and Luxembourg ceremony took place in Antwerp.

We are delighted to announce that our gourmet restaurant retains its Star!

We would like to thank Chef Mathieu Vande Velde and all of our team, our producers & suppliers and, of course, our customers, who show their confidence in us daily.

Michelin stresses, « Ce chef (Mathieu Vande Velde) dévoile son intuition et sa personnalité par son savoir-faire et son respect du produit. L’excitation est de retour au Roannay ! »

New Lounge brasserie !

Since the end of January, our bar & brasserie is moving a few meters further… to the heart of the Roannay hotel!
It is thus in a new Lounge Space that we will welcome you from now on, always around a glass or a dish brasserie.

BAR: The bar will now be open 7 days a week, from 11am to 11pm (from 27/01/2023).
BRASSERIE: The Lounge kitchen is open :
- Monday through Friday: lunch & dinner
- Saturday & Sunday: from 6:30 pm

In order to finalize the last preparations, our brasserie is closed from Monday 23 to Thursday 26/01 included.
