On 24th December, you will be able to enjoy this festive menu at home, with your partner, family or friends and save time on preparations!

  • 5-course gourmet menu, with homemade bread & butter
  • Price : 85€/person
  • Pick-up :Sunday 24/12 between 11 am & 4 pm, directly at our restaurant (rue de Spa 155 in Francorchamps) – times to be announced.
    You can also pick up gift vouchers at our reception desk.

Samedis des Combes “Plaisirs d’Hiver” – December 16

The “Samedis des Combes” continue at Le Roannay with a new edition this Saturday, December 16. Join us upstairs at Le Roannay for an evening of Winter Pleasures!

Take a seat around your mange-debout as a couple or with friends, toast the holiday season & feast on seasonal specialties from Michelin-starred Chef Mathieu Vande Velde!

Plaisirs d’Hiver – December 16 :

  • Taste: truffled tartiflette, mushroom toast, braising ham, potatoes with foie gras, oysters… and a giant dessert to remember!
  • Music: acoustic duo concert, followed by a DJ set.

Cooking classes with Chef Mathieu Vande Velde

One Sunday evening a month, Chef Mathieu Vande Velde welcomes you for a gastronomic cooking class !

On the program, the realization of a 3-course Menu, with the advice of the Chef & his team, followed by the tasting of this Menu accompanied by its amuse-bouche & mignardise, comfortably installed in our starred restaurant (1 Michelin Star).

 150€/class, with a “all inclusive package” :
