A Michelin star & the “Young Chef of the Year” prize

The 2023 Michelin Guide ceremony for Belgium and Luxembourg took place on 13th March.

Our gastronomic restaurant enjoyed the enormous pleasure of obtaining a first MICHELIN Star and is now included in this famous guide! This is a fantastic form of recognition for all the members of our team, who have been working with such passion since we opened.

Our chef Mathieu Vande Velde also received the “Young Chef of the Year” prize during this wonderful ceremony!
