Notre Chef Mathieu à l’honneur dans La Route Etoilée sur RTL

Ce 31 août 2025, notre Chef Mathieu Vande Velde a eu l’honneur d’être le tout premier invité de l’émission La Route Étoilée diffusée sur RTL et présentée par Ludovic Daxhelet.

Emmené à Bouillon, au bord de la Semois, le Chef s’est prêté au jeu des défis avant de relever l’épreuve finale : sublimer la truite de la Semois en un plat digne d’un restaurant étoilé… le tout en seulement 25 minutes !

Un plat raffiné, dont le visuel soigné a séduit autant que les saveurs,  salué à l’unanimité par le jury composé de Lola (chargée de communication du Pays de Bouillon), Thierry Renard (pisiculteur) et le médecin légiste Philippe Boxho.
