Christmas menu at the Brasserie Lounge
On 25 December from 12 noon, join us at the Brasserie Lounge to celebrate Christmas with a delicious four-course Festive Menu. In a warm and elegant atmosphere, you’ll enjoy refined cuisine that combines tradition and creativity. Let yourself be carried away on a gastronomic journey, designed to awaken your senses and enhance this festive occasion.
Our brasserie will be closed on 24/12. On 25/12 in the evening, the brasserie will be open with an à la carte service.

New Year Combes’ evening
On 31 December, join us in our Les Combes room on the first floor for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve party! From 10pm onwards, let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere of a DJ set that will keep the dance floor going until the end of the night. To kick off the evening in style, a glass of champagne will be offered on arrival.
New Year’s sauerkraut
Welcome in the New Year in a refined atmosphere with the traditional New Year’s sauerkraut from 7pm, to be enjoyed in our Les Combes dining room. A special list of Alsace wines is also available to enhance your meal.

After this time, if you cancel more than 48 hours before, you will be offered a later date to replace your booking. We will not issue a refund.

Step into the shoes of an elite driver and feel the adrenaline of a race by trying out our new driving simulator! Thanks to high quality images, you can enjoy a total immersion on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
This driving simulator can now be found on the ground floor of our establishment, near to the reception desk. This area is open to all, whether customers of the hotel or not.
Come and test your driving skills and train virtually on the finest circuit in the world! RACB National Team rally driver Tom Rensonnet had the pleasure of inaugurating the simulator as soon as it was installed!
