Enjoy a unique and refined gastronomic experience dedicated to two exceptional products: caviar and champagne.

For one evening, our Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Vande Velde and his partners invite you to a unique gastronomic experience, where caviar is revealed in all its forms, enhanced by a refined pairing of food and champagne.

This evening will showcase caviar from Maison Caspian Tradition, paired with champagnes from Maison Jonot, for a sensory journey of rare intensity.
