Treat yourself to an extraordinary experience: a maiden flight in a helicopter, followed by a Michelin-starred menu at our gourmet restaurant!

Enjoy a 30-minute panoramic helicopter flight, departing from the private heliport at Le Roannay, with our partner Heli and Co. Fly over our magnificent region and discover its treasures from the air: the Spa Francorchamps circuit, Barrage de la Gileppe dam and Château de Reinhardstein castle, among others.

Our “Michelin-starred maiden flight” package includes:

  • Coffee or tea on your welcome at the hotel before take-off.

After this time, if you cancel more than 48 hours before, you will be offered a later date to replace your booking. We will not issue a refund.

In case of cancellation less of 48 hours before, 100% of the amounts shall be charged and it will not be possible to postpone it.

Stéphanie provincial finalist – Sommelier of the Year 2025!

A few weeks ago, our sommelier, Stéphanie Noël, was selected for the “Sommelier of the Year 2025” election!

We’re delighted to announce that, thanks to your many votes, she is now one of the provincial finalists and one of the top 3 in the province of Liège!

A huge thank you for your invaluable support!

What’s next? Stéphanie will take part in a final round on February 5, where a professional jury will select one winner per province. One of them will then be crowned “Sommelier of the Year 2025”.

We’re proud of his achievements and wish him all the best for the rest of the competition! 🍷

Every month, Chef Mathieu Vande Velde offers you a Takeaway Menu! Fine, gourmet dishes, created by Chef Mathieu Vande Velde and made with quality produce in the colors of each season by our Brasserie Lounge.

The details of the Box are revealed 3 weeks later, according to the same formula:

  • 3-course menu (starter / main course / dessert), easy to prepare with a small explanatory leaflet.
  • Price: 45€/p.
