As our Chef Mathieu Vande Velde highlights: “We offer a cuisine focused on refined products, sometimes rare, that our guests do not always have the opportunity to enjoy at home. The goal is to enhance these products without altering them, while respecting the rhythm of the seasons.”
This distinction is above all a collective adventure.
